To unlock a cheat, you must complete a Time Trial (you will probably find useful our Time Trial Tips section). This is a general unlocking, which does not provide the codes for each individual cheat. You can find them by selecting Extras - Special - Cheat Codes from the Main Menu (path taken from the PC version, but it is almost the same for the other versions too). When you finish the game (with or without all Rewards), the Cheats section becomes available. To do that, you need to beat (complete) the game. To perform the cheats, you must first unlock them.
